NB, Christmas Day is on Tuesday, New Year's eve is on Monday.

 

  • Payment of a deposit of at least 25% of the total cost of stay confirms your booking.
  • Payment of balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday plus payment for one well behaved pet @ £15 extra per weekly stay and £25 extra for a 2 week stay. (if applicable).
  • Refundable damage deposit (£50) required 2 weeks before holiday commences.  This will be returned in 1 week after the end of your stay provided all is left as it was on your arrival.  We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage caused during your stay.  If this unfortunately is the case, we will return the balance remaining of your damage deposit as appropriate.
  • Upon receipt of your refundable damage deposit cheque, we will give you details of key collection for the start of your holiday.
